Rodebak makes organic farmhouse ales. Inspiration comes from friends, living overseas and ancestral farmhouse brewing. Historically the Rodebak mountain farm had its own field of barley, juniper, hops and wellwater. The old wellwater is replaced by our mountain virgin spring water and the brewery sources excellent organic marris otter winter malts and organic new world hops. The revived Rodebak brewery makes unfiltered, bottle/kegconditioned, fresh, flavorful and organic ales -There is a reason for what we do, this is what our grandparents drank, before it was called unfiltered or organic. Beer was a farmhouse craft full of heart and character in the Norwegian village of Innset.
